Group reporting

Several companies? See the whole group on one screen.

Several companies, one clear picture: the whole group and each company, tied, reconciled and live.

Confidential · 30 minutes · No obligation

Profit hides between companies. One view of the group shows where it really sits.

Sound familiar?

When the group outgrows the reporting

✕ Every company has its own books and its own story

✕ Money moves between companies and nobody tracks it

✕ You can't say what the group actually made

✕ Different currencies, licences or countries

The cost of waiting

Problems hide between companies

Cash in the wrong company

One company runs short while another sits on cash, and nobody sees it in time.

Balances between companies drift

What the companies owe each other stops agreeing, and the gap surfaces at audit or at a sale.

Group decisions on partial data

Board and investor questions get answered company by company, never for the whole group.

What changes

The whole group, tied and live

Now

✕ Spreadsheets stitched together
✕ Numbers that never agree
✕ Cash stuck in the wrong company
✕ No answer to what the group made

With Finalytics

✓ Every company and the group tied
✓ Reconciled and live
✓ Cash across the group on one screen

The rules, in brief

What the law asks of a group

Arm's length pricing

Anything your companies charge each other, or their owners, has to be priced as if between independent parties, and disclosed.

The AED 500,000 line

Payments or benefits to one connected person and their related parties above AED 500,000 in total must be disclosed. Owner-led groups cross it more often than they expect.

Larger groups

A transfer pricing disclosure is required once related party transactions pass AED 40m, with full documentation for the very largest groups.

Who we help

Group reporting for founders with several companies

Founders often end up with several companies: a mainland trading entity, a free zone company, a holding structure, sometimes businesses abroad. Each has its own books, bank accounts and deadlines, and none of them shows the whole picture. We run finance across the group, so you see each company and the group together, with what the companies owe each other kept in agreement.

What you can expect

✓ One consolidated view of the group, plus each company
✓ Balances between companies agreed every month
✓ Cash across every company on one screen
✓ Group numbers ready for your board, bank or investors

FAQ

Questions founders ask us

Do you handle companies outside the UAE?

Yes. We bring companies in other countries and currencies into the same group view.

What about transactions between our own companies?

They are matched and eliminated, so the group numbers show what the group actually made.

Can each company see only its own numbers?

Yes. FinPulse access is set per company, with a separate group view for the people who need it.

Our companies use different accounting systems. Is that a problem?

No. FinPulse brings them together on one screen, whatever each company uses.

How long until we see the group view?

It depends on how many companies there are and how current their books are. The finance deep dive sets the date for your first consolidated pack, and we hold to it.

What does it cost?

One monthly fee for the whole finance function across the group, consolidation included. Scope and fee are set in the finance deep dive, after a free Finance Clarity Session.
