An audit shouldn't be a fire drill. Get every balance supported and your auditor's questions handled.
Confidential · 30 minutes · No obligation
An audit should confirm what you already know, not reveal what you didn't.
✕ Your auditor's request list keeps growing
✕ Prior years were never properly closed
✕ Cash sales or old balances nobody can explain
✕ The deadline is close and the books aren't
Auditors charge for the time they spend chasing missing support.
Balances that cannot be supported can lead to a qualified audit report, which banks and investors read closely.
Many free zones need audited accounts to renew a licence, and corporate tax relies on the same numbers.
✕ Scrambling for documents
✕ Delays while the auditor waits
✕ Fees that keep climbing
✕ The risk of a qualified opinion
✓ Audit-ready all year
✓ Every balance supported
✓ We handle the auditor's questions
✓ Deadlines met without the scramble
An award-winning attraction with years of books left behind, cash never recorded, and an audit coming.
Books an auditor will accept
Cash sales recorded in a compliant manner, tied to the bank to the fils.
Qualifying free zone companies need audited financial statements to keep the 0% corporate tax rate, and so does any business with revenue above AED 50 million. Most mainland companies must appoint an auditor under the Commercial Companies Law, and many free zones require audited accounts to renew a licence.
Corporate tax law requires accounting records and supporting documents to be kept for at least seven years. Failing to keep proper records carries a penalty of AED 10,000, rising to AED 20,000 for a repeat.
A trial balance you can produce on demand, every bank reconciled to its statements, VAT and corporate tax filings that trace back to the ledger, and related-party balances that agree.

Many UAE companies need audited accounts every year, for a free zone licence renewal, a bank facility, investors or their own governance. The audit itself is your auditor's job. Getting there is ours: books that are complete, balances that are supported, and someone who handles the auditor's questions so you don't have to. We work alongside whichever audit firm you appoint.
✓ Books complete and closed for the year
✓ Every material balance supported
✓ Auditor questions handled for you
✓ Accounts ready for licence renewal, banks and tax

No. Your auditor stays independent. We get the books ready and handle their questions.
